BUCHI UK Ltd is proud to offer many different services for our customers to optimize their time and keep instruments running at peak performance.
Extended Warranty
Buchi EW: Extends manufacturer's trade warranty in 1 year increments. Warrants Buchi manufactured parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Option subject to an evaluation of the instrument's condition. Service to be performed on-site or in-house as appropriate.
Preventative Maintenance
Buchi PM: Includes one preventative maintenance service visit per year; replacement of standard parts, if required (list available upon request), at discounted prices. Additional preventative maintenance options also available, please enquire. Service to be performed on-site or in-house as appropriate.
IQ / OQ Installation
Buchi IQ/OQ: Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification assures that the instrument is delivered and operates according to manufacturer's specifications. Documentation and procedures included. IQ/OQ not available for all product lines.
