Is every combination available?
Can I compose any combination of devices and create my individual system?
We chose the most common system configurations for this specific Rotavapor System promotion. Not all combinations are covered by the order matrix. The reason for this was to keep the order matrix as simple as possible and to avoid the order of a wrong configuration. Nevertheless, 2048 different combinations are available.
What are the different combinations?
What are the different system combinations I can choose from?
A Rotavapor System consists at least of the following instruments: Rotavapor, vacuum controller and vacuum pump. On this standard Rotavapor System there will be a discount of 5%. Additionally you can order a recirculating chiller which leads to an additional discount of 5% (total discount of 10%).
Is there a Rotavapor System including the R-3 or R II?
Is there a Rotavapor System available including the R-3 and R II?
For the R-3 and the R II there is no Rotavapor System available. Such a system has to be configured individually.
Can I buy a system piecewise?
If I buy a Rotavapor R-210 with vacuum controller and decide to buy a pump or chiller later, will I then get a letter of credit as I'm buying a complete system in the end?
No, this is not possible. We can only provide a discount when the whole system is ordered from the Rotavapor System order matrix.

Is the Rotavapor System preinstalled?
Is the Rotavapor System delivered in one box and preinstalled?
No, the Rotavapor System is neither delivered in one box nor preinstalled. You still need to assemble the instruments by yourself.
Do I need additional things?
Do I also have to order cables and hoses?
No, the system will be delivered with all needed cables and hoses. Everything needed to run the system is included.
