Ex-Protection
Safety is an important aspect in every investment. Especially when larger quantities of product and solvents are handled, stricter standards and regulations have to be fulfilled.
The directive 94/9 of the European Union (ATEX95) is a milestone in explosion protection. Since 2001, all newly installed instruments have to be certified by a notified body (for example PTB, Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt, Braunschweig).
BUCHI Labortechnik AG has consequently included the international standards in the product development, resulting in sophisticated solutions without compromise for all Ex-relevant components.
